U1

B7

B7 is a lip-seal which fits tightly in the groove. These seals may be used for all applications where the physical properties of normal or fabric reinforced elastomers are infuffient.          
B7 is mainly used for the sealing of pistons in heavy applications in mobile and stationary hydraulics.

BSF

BSF piston seals have designs in 2 parts consisting of special compound PTFE ring and O-ring used as pressure ring. This design is suitable up to a pressure of 400 bar in double acting cylinders.  The advantages compared with other sealing systems are linear velocity reaching at 5 m/s, non-stick slip feature in long static use, low friction endurance, durability against high temperatures and big variety of chemical liquids, providing piston as one part and small.  By using O-ring, used as pressure ring, in different combinations it is possible to solve all sorts of problems.

KDAS

With 5 parts design our KDAS compact seals are used as piston seal for double acting cylinders at maximum 400 bar.
KDAS has a NBR ring, having 3 sealing lips, in the middle; 2 polyester elastomer back-up rings used for decreasing permissible gap in both sides; 2 POM rings as guide besides them. As seen in the design, sealing operation is carried out by NBR ring.

SPGW

SPGW heary duty piston seals are designed for double acting hydraulic cylinders used in heary duty applications. They consist of PTFE ring, 2 POM support ring and NBR pressure ring.  Some advantages are its simple design, high linear velocity values, non-bonding property on the surface in long static cases, low friction, wider permissible gaps and long life sevice.  Therefore, SPGW is very suitable for heary duty applications.

SPG

Produced with a combination of special compound PTFE ring and 70 shore NBR Square-ring, our SPG design has a wide application area. Being able to be usded safely at high linear velocity, SPG type seals can also work in higher temperatures or different liquids by means of changing square-ring used as pressure ring.
